McKenna is the owner and a stylist at Monarch and Co. Beauty Studio. She has over 10 years of experience in the cosmetology industry, serving 4 of those years as a cosmetology instructor. She is a haircoloring specialist and has a knack for meeting clients' needs and enjoys bringing every clients ideas to life! She welcomes clients from all stages and walks of life and enjoys having a variety of services to fill her days! 

Brittany is a licensed cosmetologist obsessed with extensions, blondes, coppers, rich brunettes and lived‑in color. Fueled by a love for transformations, she mixes skill, creativity, and  positive energy into every appointment. With flexible evening and weekend availability, Brittany makes it easy to fit great hair into even the busiest schedule. A proud wife of 10 years and mama of four, she’s known for her optimistic spirit, vibrant personality, and the genuine connections she builds with every client. 

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in fine/difficult hair transformations, focusing on color enhancements and healthy hair care. My mission goes beyond styling; Founder of TTkids.org, a non-profit. A portion of every service we provide helps enrich the lives of local kids.
